Platform55 was founded by Michelle O’Keeffe and Tracy Gunn.

Platform55 was founded with a clear purpose to change the world of work. 55% of the workforce are parents, over 75% will have caring responsibilities in the future.  

Both were balancing senior leadership positions whilst raising a young family.  Having first-hand experience of the demands of juggling family life with their careers they recognised a need to support parents in the workplace.  They’re on a mission to make sure that individuals can have a fulfilling family life and career. 

Since they launched in June 2021 this founding team has gone from strength to strength winning multiple awards and achieving industry recognition for the innovative work they are doing in ED&I, driving gender equality and providing real solutions to manage the ‘modern family’ employee experience.
